Welcome to the ever-changing world of katsmig.com!

Over the past five years this web space has changed numerous times, and chances are it will continue to evolve as my styles and interests change. Over the past several years the site centered mainly around myself and my desire to perform on the stage. I still desire this, but due to changes in my world it is not the top priority it once was.

"The only thing constant is change."

My fellow Wildhorn fans know that quote is from the musical Jekyll & Hyde, and its as true today as it was the first time I heard it. My life has changed a great deal since I began katsmig.com in 2000. No longer do I reside in NY, but instead my family's home in VA while I wait for my own house to be built. I still love to sing and act, but the reality of having to pay my bills took hold forcing me to find full-time employment. Its not too bad, and I hope to still find time to explore community theatre in the area.

Over the past couple years I have found a true love of the works by the late J.R.R. Tolkien, and help run a website dedicated to his works and the films based upon them. Peter Jackson's films opened my eyes to the writings of the good Professor, and I am grateful for that - and for all the friends I've made along the way.

As always, I cannot promise timely updates and a set theme for any period of time, but I do appreciate everyone who stops by.
